ASIAN FEST 2024
A Saturday to Remember!
Last weekend, Asian American Alliance, Inc. hosted the 18th Annual Asian Fest at the Indiana Historical Society (IHS).
It was truly a joyous celebration of culture, community and connection. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one who came out and showed support.
The event saw an overwhelming turnout, with thousands of visitors pouring in from all corners of Indiana. Their presence added an extra layer of vibrancy and diversity to our festivities and we couldn't be more grateful for their enthusiastic participation. The IHS Basile Theatre was alive with the mesmerizing performances of more than 150 talented artists. From traditional dances to contemporary music, each act showcased the rich tapestry of Asian culture and heritage, captivating audiences of all ages.
Our marketplace boasted more than 50 vendor booths, offering a delightful array of crafts, cuisines and cultural artifacts. It was a treasure trove of sights, sounds and flavors, providing guests with an immersive experience of Asian traditions.

Beyond the performances and vendors, Asian Fest was a testament to the power of community. It was a space where people from diverse backgrounds came together to celebrate shared values of inclusivity, respect and unity. In doing so, we not only honored the cultural heritage of Asian Americans but also strengthened the bonds that bind us as a society.
